Consulting & Training

RARE Business title graphicIt is becoming more and more clear that business growth and customer loyalty is becoming increasingly hard for companies to attain using traditional marketing methods.

Further, in the current challenging economic climate where budgets are tight, companies are looking for cost effective ways to differentiate themselves.

We believe that to beat the market and create sustainable growth companies need to go back to basics….The basics of building better relationships with your team and your customers.

That’s what we do here at RARE Business….we work with businesses to help them build better relationships with their people and their customers to deliver sustainable growth.

What does that mean?

RARE Business what we do 500Well, we help clients (large, family-owned, fast growth or entrepreneurial businesses as well as smaller businesses), deliver sustainable growth by working with them in three areas:

One: We help them develop their customer experience, customer retention, customer service and their existing client base.

To do this we help our clients with strategy, implementation and business improvement via consultancy and training services.

Two: Based on our own experience of what works and what doesn’t we help clients with their social media, blogging, content and word of mouth marketing needs whether that is pure consultancy, project management, interim management, help with getting started or some training.

Three: The last area that we help clients with is where the previous two domains intersect and what it means to provide customer service via social media and to become more of a social business.

In all of our work, we live by the mantra:

No hype. Just practical stuff that works.

We hope that from this you will have been able to glean that our approach is straightforward, pragmatic and practical but that it also produces results and fantastic returns on investment.
